These terms govern your use of aureah.in and any order you place with AUREAH. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Returns & Refunds, Shipping & Delivery and Payment policies, which form part of these terms.

Products, availability and single-quantity stock

Most AUREAH pieces are produced in very small runs — frequently a single unit per size. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; stock is allocated only when an order is completed. Two people can be in checkout for the same piece at once, and occasionally an order has to be cancelled for that reason. Where that happens you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We photograph every piece ourselves and describe it as accurately as we can. Colour can still vary slightly between screens, and handmade detailing such as embroidery differs a little piece to piece. That variation is part of the product, not a defect — but if what arrives is materially different from what was shown, that is covered by our returns policy and your statutory rights.

Pricing and descriptions

Product descriptions, imagery, availability and prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to withdraw or amend a product at any time before your order is accepted.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — before or after payment — where an item is unavailable, where the price or description was wrong, where delivery is not serviceable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. A full refund follows any cancellation we make.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your login details to yourself. You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to interfere with it, or to extract its content by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — photography, styling, text, graphics, the AUREAH name and logo — belongs to AUREAH and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent. You are welcome to share our images on social media with credit and a link back.

User content

If you send us photographs or reviews, or tag us publicly, you grant us permission to re-share that content on our website and social channels with credit. Tell us at getyouraura17@gmail.com if you would rather we did not, and we will take it down.

Liability

We take care to describe and deliver our pieces accurately, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana. Before going that route, please write to us — almost everything is fixable in a conversation.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
