Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship across India. Orders are packed and dispatched from Gurugram, Haryana.

Processing and delivery time

Most orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days of being confirmed. Once your parcel leaves us you will get a confirmation with a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–7 business days elsewhere in India. Festive periods and weather disruptions can add a day or two, and we'll tell you if that happens to your order.

Shipping charges

Shipping is complimentary on all orders within India. Prices shown at checkout are final — there are no delivery charges added afterwards.

Pre-order pieces

A few pieces are released as pre-orders. Where that applies, the product page states it clearly along with an expected ship-by window, and that window governs delivery for that item. If your order mixes a pre-order piece with in-stock pieces, we will normally ship the in-stock pieces first at no extra cost.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and phone number before you place the order — couriers in India rely on both. If you spot a mistake, write to getyouraura17@gmail.com immediately and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was reachable, or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery charge may apply.

If your parcel is delayed or lost

If tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us at getyouraura17@gmail.com. We will raise it with the courier and stay on it until it is resolved. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, you get a replacement where one exists, or a full refund to your original payment method — not store credit.

International orders

We currently ship within India only. If you are outside India and want a piece, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
