AUREAH is an Indian womenswear label based in Gurugram, Haryana, that sells complete, already-styled outfits rather than separates you have to put together yourself. Each look arrives coordinated — top and bottom chosen to go together — and is made in very small runs, often a single piece per size. The brand line is “Own Your Aura”. You can shop at aureah.in, which delivers across India.

Both, but the complete outfit is the point. Most AUREAH listings are full looks — a coordinated top and bottom sold together as one set, so you buy an outfit rather than assembling one. Individual tops, jeans, trousers and skirts are also sold separately for anyone who wants to build their own combination. Every set page lists exactly what is included under “What You Get”.

Three things. First, outfits are sold already styled and coordinated, so there is no guesswork about what goes with what. Second, comfort is built into the construction rather than added as a claim — many tops are padded so nothing is needed underneath, skirts are lined, and the denim is deliberately lightweight. Third, production runs are tiny: most pieces exist in one unit per size, so what you buy is genuinely uncommon rather than mass-produced.

With most AUREAH tops, no. A large part of the range is built with padding sewn in, so the top is designed to be worn on its own with nothing underneath. Product pages say so explicitly under Key Highlights where it applies — look for the “no bra needed” note. Pieces without that note are cut conventionally.

AUREAH operates from H-9, Aureah.in, near Gayatri Mandir, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India. Orders are packed and dispatched from Gurugram and delivered across India. Shipping is free on every order. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Every product page links a size guide with measurements for that specific piece, and each page also has a note field where you can send your own measurements with the order. Because pieces are made in small runs we can often advise on fit directly — message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you honestly which size to take.

Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days of being confirmed. You will get a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp once it leaves us. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–7 business days elsewhere in India.

Nothing. Shipping is complimentary on every order within India, with no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Not at the moment — we ship within India only. If you are outside India and want a particular piece, write to us at getyouraura17@gmail.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.

A few pieces launch as a limited pre-order, and the product page states this along with an expected ship-by window. Once that window closes the piece simply joins the regular catalogue — pre-order is a launch moment, not a restriction.

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with tags attached and original packaging. Approved returns are issued as AUREAH store credit, valid 12 months — not as a refund to your original payment method. The exception is an item that arrives damaged, defective or wrong, where you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method if you want one. We reply within one business day and arrange a reverse pickup where your pin code is serviceable. Please wait for confirmation — parcels sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Not directly, because most pieces exist in a single quantity per size and we cannot hold stock while a return travels back. Return the piece you have for store credit, and place a new order for the size you want as soon as you see it available.

Yes. Discounted and sale pieces are returnable on exactly the same 7-day store-credit terms as everything else. The only items we cannot take back are pierced jewellery, made-to-measure pieces and gift cards.

Major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets, all processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.

Yes, at no cost, any time before it is dispatched — just write to us or message on WhatsApp. Once the parcel is with the courier, the returns process applies instead. If we have to cancel at our end, you get a full refund to your original payment method.

Do not place the order again. Write to getyouraura17@gmail.com with the transaction reference and we will trace it. Failed-payment amounts are released by your bank automatically, usually within 5–7 business days.

Because that is literally true. Most AUREAH pieces are produced in a single unit per size, so a sold-out size is genuinely gone rather than temporarily unavailable. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it — stock is allocated when the order completes.

Every set page lists its contents under “What You Get” — usually a coordinated top and bottom, and on some sets a dupatta or additional piece. If jewellery is not listed there, it is not included, even if it appears in the photograph.

Care notes are on each product page. As a rule, a gentle cold hand wash and drying in shade suits most pieces; anything embellished or embroidered is safest dry-cleaned. Do not wring embroidered fabric.
