Payment Policy

All prices on aureah.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay — we do not add fees after checkout.

How you can pay

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets, processed securely through Razorpay, our payment partner. Your card and banking details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers or seen by us.

When payment is taken

Payment is taken at the time you place the order. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as it succeeds. If money leaves your account but you do not get a confirmation, do not re-order — write to getyouraura17@gmail.com with the transaction reference and we will trace it. Failed-payment amounts are released by your bank automatically, usually within 5–7 business days.

Discount codes and store credit

One discount code can be applied per order. Store credit issued against a return is a single-use code, valid for 12 months from issue, and can be used on a sale price but not stacked with another discount code on the same order.

Refunds and store credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit rather than a refund to your original payment method — see our Returns & Refunds policy for the full terms.

Where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, where a parcel is lost in transit, or where we cancel your order, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and typically reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Pricing errors

We are a small team and occasionally a price is listed in error. If that happens we will contact you before dispatching, and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed at checkout.
